Terms of Sale - Contract:
Collection from Cornwall or Oxfordshire only - Delivery does not apply.
Ensure you choose the correct Collection Option.

These will be ready for collection on dates during June (the date shown above is just a guide).
What those dates will be is entirely dependent on nature, the bees and the weather so it is not possible to predict the dates or accommodate collection dates requested by customers.
They can only be produced for orders made in advance so order before spring to avoid disappointment.

Customers who have ordered will be notified by email and text (if a mobile number has been provided) when the bees are ready so ensure you have provided us with a valid email address and check your email junk/spam folder.
Honey bees can only be held in package cages for a few days therefore be prepared for short (48 hour) notice.

Therefore, bees must be collected within 48 hours of notification. They cannot be held any longer so this is not flexible.
Packages are sold in accordance with the terms above and payment for uncollected colonies is not refundable. Customers with any doubts about their ability to collect should not purchase.
